European Senior Chess Championship 2024 – Official regulations
The European Senior Chess Championship 2024 will be held from October 24 (arrival day) to November 3 (departure day) in Lignano Sabbiadoro, Italy. The event will be played in two age categories: 50+ and 65+, open and women’s sections separately. Each Championship will be played in 9 rounds, swiss system, with the time control of 90 minutes for 40 moves followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game with an addition of 30 seconds per movestarting from move
