European Women’s Chess Championship 2024 – Round 2 recap
The second round of the European Women’s Chess Championship 2024 was played yesterday. As many as 24 players tie for the top scoring maximum 2/2 points. Many of the top 10 seeds suffered upsets in the first two rounds, except from the rating favourite IM Yuliia Osmak (UKR, 2459) and 7th-seed IM Lela Javakhishvili (GEO, 2447).
