European Amateur Chess Championship 2024 concluded in Croatia
The 2024 European Amateur Chess Championship took place from 24th August to 1st September in Mali Losinj, Croatia. The event was played in three age categories: U1700, U2000 and U2300, and the Winners of each category were crowned the European Amateur Chess Champions for the respective rating section. Despite a loss in the last round, CM Korab Saraci (KOS, 2186) emerged as the sole Winner of the U2300 tournament, scoring 6.5 points. Three players tied for silver scoring 6 points
