Gawain Jones (pictured with his two kids) delivered a brilliant performance at the 2024 London Chess Classic, winning the tournament with an undefeated 5/7 score. The 36-year-old grandmaster topped a strong field, gaining 15 rating points and securing a stellar 2795 Tournament Performance Rating.
